This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all paid subscriptions on PrepLift. Please read it carefully before purchasing a subscription.
PrepLift offers monthly and yearly subscription plans (Pro and Elite). All subscriptions are recurring and auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled by you.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:
To cancel, use the account settings on the Platform or email us at support@preplift.com.
If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 48 hours of your initial purchase (first-time subscription only). To request a refund, email support@preplift.com with your registered email address and reason for the refund.
After the 48-hour window, no refunds will be issued for the current billing period. You may still cancel your subscription to prevent future charges.
If an auto-renewal charge was made and you did not intend to continue, you may request a refund within 48 hours of the renewal charge. Please cancel your subscription promptly if you do not wish to renew.
Yearly subscriptions are non-refundable after the 48-hour window from the date of purchase. We recommend trying the monthly plan first if you are unsure.
Refunds may be considered outside the standard policy in the following cases:
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method via Razorpay. The actual time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
The free plan does not involve any charges and therefore is not subject to this refund policy. If you are on the free plan, no payment information is collected.
